All projects are required to have a deposit of no less than 50% of your project total to be scheduled. Once a deposit is made and your project is scheduled the agreed-upon price is locked in. No hidden fees, or surprise up-charges. If your project manager feels that there is more involved in accomplishing your project other than the scope of work provided a change order will be presented to you. You will not be billed for the additional work unless a change order is signed and approved by both you and your project manager.

Once work is completed you will be asked to walk around the property with your project manager to perform what we call a "walk around." This allows us to talk to you about your new gutters and answer any questions you may have and assure you that you are happy with everything our experts have done.



Final payment is not due until the completion of the work and a Certificate of Satisfaction has been signed.
